INTEGRATION

The participants always describe an afterward sensation of happiness, clarity, profound love for family, oneness with Nature, and deep connection with forgiveness. It occurs especially after a comfortable night of sleeping and eating a balanced meal.

We recommend to keep following after the retreat at least some of the recommendations for 3 days. It will be beneficial with the aim of prolonging the profound effects on the well-being and integrating deep insights received.​

Spending time with the community and dear friends is a very important practice. You are welcome to reach out with us to book a 40-minute online session and receive an orientation to decode messages from experienced people. We also offer a diversity of e-courses, musical workshops, community activities, and spiritual mentorship that are very beneficial as part of the integration process.

Remember to take your time accomplishing regular tasks and ground the energy by bringing your attention to the body sensations. You can gently bring your awareness to your senses and increase your perception around the way you see the colors of Nature, the different feelings on your skin, the taste of a good meal and the happiness in your heart. Mindful practices are fundamental to listen and decode the deep messages that will come after the retreat. Some of those practices could be: meditation, positive affirmations, spiritual studies, therapeutic assistance, quiet reflection, and moderate internet use.
