The OFFERING is a ritualistic way to chanel vital energy and exchange with the Orishas anchored in your Ori,
It is a special moment to nourish the body and the soul, as we are calling energies of peace, harmony, love, justice, prosperity, open paths into our lives.
Remember to cook offerings exclusively to the Orishas that you already have the Guia necklace.
You are welcome to make the "deepening connection" practice to all Orishas.

OSHALA OFFERING
MATERIALS plate, white candle, white corn, Oshala herbs, farofa or nutritional yeast, olive oil
> Boil the white corn in water and make a tea with Oshala herbs;
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Cup with tea on the center, farofa or nutritional yeast around, white corn around, pour olive oil on top, and decorate with fresh Oshala herbs.
RITUAL
> Wear Oshala Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Oshala Altar;
> Light a white candle;
> Make a prayer for Oshala;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Oshala herbs afterwards;
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.

You can always sit in silence to Oshala.


OSHOSSI OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (green or white) candle, fruits (banana, apple, berries, lemon, etc), seeds (sun flower, chia, etc), colorful flowers), Oshossi herbs.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Fruits, Oshossi herbs and seeds on top.
RITUAL
> wear Oshossi Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Oshala Altar;
> Light a green or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Oshossi;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with boiled fruits and Oshossi herbs afterwards;
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OSHOSSI
You can always offer fruits for the wild life in the woods.


YEMANJA OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (blue, silver or white) candle, 1 liter of coconut milk, sugar, shredded coconut, cornstarch, and white roses.
> Cook for 5 min always stirring the pot: 1 liter of coconut milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup sheared coconut, 4 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup of water. Grease a cake pan with coconut oil, pour the dough, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Put the coconut pudding on a clay plate and decorate with white roses.
RITUAL
> Wear Yemanja Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Yemanja Altar;
> Light a blue, silver or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Yemanja;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Yemanja herbs afterwards.
> You can also take a bath with white roses and coconut oil for Yemanja.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH YEMANJA
You can always offer white roses and flowers to the Ocean.


OSHUN OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (yellow, golden or white) candle, 1 liter of coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, honey, 5 eggs, Lily flower, and yellow flowers.
> Cook for 5 min always stirring the pot: 1 liter of coconut milk, 5 eggs yolk, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup of water. Grease a cake pan with coconut oil, pour the dough, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Put the coconut-egg pudding on a clay plate and decorate with honey and yellow flowers.
RITUAL
> Wear Oshun Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Oshun Altar;
> Light a yellow, golden or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Oshun;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Oshun herbs afterwards.
> You can also take a bath with yellow rose and honey for Oshun.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OSHUN
You can always offer Lily flower or yellow flowers and honey to the waterfall or river.


OSHUMARE OFFERING
MATERIALS: clay plate, (yellow, green, rainbow or white) candle, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 green or yellow stones, eggs (3, 5, or 7), honey, olive oil, farofa or nutritional yeast, Oshumare herbs and colorful flowers.
> Boil peeled sweet potatoes. Also boil the eggs.
ARRANGE THE CLAY PLATE WITH
Shape the sweet potato as a snake, pour olive oil and honey on top. Place the farofa or nutritional east as the support for the eggs. Place the eggs and decorate with Oshumare herbs. Put the 2 stones as the eyes of the snake. Decorate with Oshumare herbs and colorful flowers.

> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Oshumare Altar;
> Light a yellow, green, rainbow or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Oshumare;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Oshumare herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OSHUMARE
You can always offer colorful flowers and honey on a river, on a waterfall, on a rainy day, on a rainbow day for Oshumare.


OGUN OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (blue or white) candle, 1 yam root or potato, black beans, onion, olive or palm oil, farofa or nutritional yeast, Ogun herbs and metal objects.
> Boil the yam root. Cook palm oil, onion and beans.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Onion , black beans, yam root, farofa or nutritional yeast, pour palm oil on top.
RITUAL
> Wear Ogun Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Ogun Altar;
> Light a blue or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Ogun;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Ogun herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OGUN
You can always offer a metal piece or tobacco to a road for protection and to open your paths.


OYA OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (orange, red or white) candle, 1 liter of coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, honey, mango or peach, red, pink or orange flowers, and Oya herbs.
> Cook for 5 min always stirring the pot: 1 liter of coconut milk, small pieces of mango or peach, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tbsp cornstarch, 1/4 cup of water. Grease a cake pan with coconut oil, pour the dough, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Put the-mango or peach pudding on a clay plate and decorate with red, pink or orange flowers, and Oya herbs.
RITUAL
> Wear Oya Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Oya Altar;
> Light an orange, red or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Oya;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Yansã herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OYA
You can always offer mangos or peaches with 9 cuts in an altar or on a windy place to Oya. Also, you can often blow leaves around to Oya.
SHANGO OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (red or white) candle, 12 asparagus, tomato, onion, palm oil, farofa or nutritional yeast, Shango herbs and stones.
> Cook tomato and onion in palm oil. Cook 12 aspargus in palm oil separatelly;
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Make a cover on the plate with onios, tomato, farofa or nutritional yeast. Stick 12 asparagus, pour palm oil on top. Optional decoratation with saint john's wort and stones.
RITUAL
> Wear Shango Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Shango Altar;
> Light a red or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Shango;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Shango herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH SHANGO
You can always offer herbs to the fire.


OBALUAE OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (brown or white) candle, popcorn, olive oil, shredded coconut, ginger, and Obaluae herbs.
> Cook popcorn in olive oil.
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Popcorn with shredded coconut, and ginger. Pour olive oil on top.
RITUAL
> Wear Obaluae Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Obaluae Altar;
> Light a brown or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Obaluae;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Obaluae herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH OBALUAE
You can always offer plain popcorn cooked in olive oil.
Also, offer a cup of coffee and tobacco for Pretos-Velhos (Obaluae Guides). They like black and white candles.


NANAN OFFERING
MATERIALS: plate, (purple or white) candle, purple potato, onion, olive oil, lavender, and purple flowers, and Nanã herbs.
> Boil purple potato in water
ARRANGE THE PLATE WITH
Purple potato and olive oil, Decorate with lavender, purple flowers, and Nanã herbs.
RITUAL
> Wear Nanã Guia and Amaci head wrap;
> Place the offering either at a base of a tree or on a special Nanã Altar;
> Light a purple or white candle;
> Make a prayer for Nanã;
> Meditate with the candle;
> Take an Herbal Ashe Shower with Nanã herbs afterwards.
> 2-3 days later dispose of the leftover organic matter in the woods.
DEEPENING THE CONNECTION WITH NANAN
You can always rub mud on your skin, specially on your feet.
Also, offer a cup of coffee and tobacco for Pretas-Velhas (Nanã Guides). They like black and white candles.
