PREPARATION

CEREMONIAL TIME: 7 DAYS
3 DAYS BEFORE - RETREAT TIME - 3 DAYS AFTER

The preparation/integration time is a blessed opportunity of self-communion. It will be the moment to communicate intimately with your oneself by listening to your soul's invitation for a better life. The 3 days before/after the retreat requires observation, health practices and a well balance diet.

During this period of time you can experience sensations from the retreat working through you mentally and emotionally.
